For those who just found my 2nd Sailor Moon Fan-manga, let me resume fast for you.
This sailor moon is ChibiUsa and the sailor senshi that accompagny her are the daughters of the four first
and the four generals of Endymion. They now have healed the daughter of Queen Beryl and Endymion(when he was evil)...
Now a new evil face has appeared, his name... David.
He now dates the pretty moon princess Kousagi, but somehow his heart has suddenly changed the more time he spends with her.
And Kaoru, the mysterious woman that appeared with him, has memories of her past. Princess Clarity, twin sister to Serenity.
Now Kaoru has regained her past memories and will do everything in her powers to protect her sister.

In this next chapter, it explains why Clarity wasn't raised on the Moon Kingdom with her beloved twin sister Serenity.

King Kaze (Wind) and Queen Fuki, Haruka's parents and now Kaoru/Clarity's as well. I can only imagine what a nightmare it was to find out their daughter had the constitution and inclinations of a man, or maybe it was a dream because then King Kaze could educate her in the ways of warfare, just like the girl called Oscar in Rose of Versailles.
